the lady that dyed my hair was really nice and gave me a hot drink the price was reasonable and she when i tried tipping she didnt accept it. i tipped the lady that washed my hair. the people here are really nice and did a great job

After seeing some of the reviews I hesitated of going in the beginning, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The stylist was patient and she listen to what I wanted. Price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. Would definitely go back again and recommend this place.Services: Blowouts

I wish my hair came out closer to the reference photo I showed them. I asked for light pink with shadow root but ended up with bright pink. I like all pinks but I am going to try to fix this myself. I came in on a Friday morning around 11:45am as a walk in, they don't really do reservations. We got started right away. I showed them a reference photo once when I came in and they asked to see the photo the second time when they were bleaching my hair. Everyone was very nice. I liked the staff and saw that they tried to be as attentive as possible. It got busier as the day went on. We finished up at 4pm and it was packed. I usually bleach my own hair with olaplex and it never gets stringy. I think they way over bleached my hair because it was very stringy before and after we washed it. A lot of my hair broke and there a lot of strands shorter than the rest. They were also quite rough with the bleach brush on my hair. I like the way they used highlighting to give me a shadow root, but the application could have been a lot better. I have chunks of black and I would've liked it to be brown or lighter.
