Came in to get soak off and expressed to the receptionist what I clearly wanted. I was then directed to a Hispanic lady which was very nice. But then one of the Asian ladies called me to sit at her desk instead (?), which gave me trying to rob clientele vibes. Then she started filing down my nails and cutting them which I was okay with. After that the Asian lady (sitting last far right) start pulling my acrylics off. I told her not to do that because she was hurting me and kept going until I told her to stop and resisted to keep getting my acrylics off with her. This nail salon doesn't have the greatest review but my experience was pretty good! The salon is below ground level and not fancy by any means. It's a very in and out place. Olga did my regular manicure. She was great and very friendly! She did a good job and I would go back!

This is the place you come if you can't get an appt with your regular nail lady or don't feel like going far. Def a hit or miss. I don't expect a great job from this place. This place has changed so much throughout the years. It's over 15 years old lol. I use to go here in Highschool and im 31 now. Techs come and go. There use to be a guy that use to airbrush designs there when I was in h.s that was cool because it usually lasted long and not a lot of space for mistakes. I wonder what happened to him. You're usually out of here fast on a slow day because they have a lot of techs. If I wanted or needed a quick manicure I would go here. If I was getting married I'd go to...read full review
