Grand Salon & Spa provides a great and amazing experience. The stylists are professional, talented, and punctual. They listen, do not rush, and always deliver. Clients leave feeling like a brand new person, looking flawless and stylish with perfect haircuts and beautiful color. They receive loads of compliments. The salon has good vibes and is highly recommended as the best salon in NYC. Services include haircuts, coloring, highlights, and blowouts.
I had an amazing experience with Elena! She was punctual, professional, and incredibly talented. I came in for highlights, a haircut, and a blowout, and left feeling like a brand new person. My highlights turned out beautifully and the cut suits me perfectly. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a fresh, stylish look.
Ang, Sami, and Lexie are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Good vibes. They are super professional and always on point. Never ever have I left disappointed. Always leave the salon looking flawless. Highly recommend to friends and family. Best salon in NYC.
I went in a 'walk in' and left feeling like a friend...had the most pleasant experience here tonight with Angela...she was wonderful, lovely conversation and took me without an appointment on a weeknight, unheard of, right? Not here! Angela finished up with her client and took me straightaway after and I was so happy with the blowout, she's magic and she was a lifesaver, unbeknownst to her I had a wake to attend tonight and a meeting in the am....feeling like I'm good to go for both! Whew! Hate to write this as I realize anyone reading it will result in her appointments booking up quick :/ hmmmm...but I cannot begrudge her more business for her excellent work, I'm kinda guessing that's why there aren't more great reviews here, ha!
