I would rate 0 stars if I could. My family and I sent 5+ emails over 9+ days just to schedule a simple closing. My point of contact, Troy McCord, was unresponsive and failed to reply to all of my emails at the time of this post. After expressing my frustration via email, I called the office to schedule the closing over the phone as instructed, and was connected with Kelly M. McCord, who argued with me instead of simply scheduling the closing. She ultimately refused to speak with me further and told me to have my father — the current shareholder — call instead. Worst law firm in NYC — with even worse attorneys and staff. ChatGPT is smarter and could do a better job than these clowns. Stay far away. I’ll be filing a judgment against them and reporting them to the state bar to have them shut down permanently.

This law firm is the lawyer for our apartment building. Looking at the ratings, you can tell that their lawyers are terrible, have no moral bottom line, are rude and unfriendly. Please stay away from them!!!
