The receptionist is just there. There is not help and the receptionist don'tanswe the phone on purpose. The person I was given to deal with my transfer is never in the office. I went to this office once and there was not people. If you can avoid this company, please do.

Kelly McCord is not even a lawyer and did not show up to the closing, but sent an elderly legal aid in her stead. Corrupt co-ops use this firm to close and charge you the cost of their legal fees when they don't even have proper representation. Their incompetency and corruptness will delay closing by 2 months so you're on the hook for additional months of maintenance on a property.

When people say if they can rate them at 0, it's for a reason! Thankfully they did not represent me, but represented my Co-op. They are the most uneducated, disgraceful, inconsiderate, rude and self centered people I have ever met in my life. They made my life difficult just to grant approval for my request to have an Emotional Support Dog in my apt. I had to get my lawyer involved after they wouldn't comply, even when they asked for proof of my medical history and more, WHICH IT WAS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!!!
