As others said, this lawfirm is used by corrupt management to rip tenants off. It is very illegal and the lack of humanity from their employees is appalling. There genuinely seems like there is something wrong with Kelly Mccord given how incompetent she is. Avoid at all costs.

Came to do a closing with my husband and elderly mom. Coop is for my mom. I was asked to leave the room with an attitude from an older lady. My mom asked that I stay and the lady was so unprofessional with her attitude. Disgusted that people like this work for a law firm. I informed my mom and husband to come and get me from the receptionist area if they do not understand anything. The old lady was so nasty as I am leaving and I was exactly the same with my “thank you”. I have to help my mom and husband read and understand what they are signing. The receptionist is just there. There is not help and the receptionist don'tanswe the phone on purpose. The person I was given to deal with my transfer is never in the office. I went to this office once and there was not people. If you can avoid this company, please do.
