This is not so much a business review, but more about a long term relationship. Mr Um has been cutting mine and my son's hair since he was little and is now going on 15 years. Mr Um has had to move his business twice, once to Northern Blvd where he joined up with another shop and now at his current location. I thought we had lost track of him, but to our surprise last year, we received a text saying he was reopening on 41st Ave. Mr Um is a quiet man that speaks scattered English and we speak very little Korean, but we've had this long lasting customer relationship. When his shop was on Cherry Ave, he had a business partner, Mr Kim, that was as jovial as Mr Um is stoic....read full review
