I give 4 stars for the price/quality value. Customer service is the issue. The Latin lady asked me 3 times to thank a fellow customer because she had made an appointment but yield the turn to me when the owner asked if she was in a rush (I was). The problem was her attitude. But what really bothered me was that when she cut my finger accidentally, I just said ouch and instinctively pull my hand. It hurt like a mother and was bleeding quite a bit but I didn’t say anything else. Until… she said ‘if you hadn’t pull your hand, I had not pocket you’. What?! Two other nail salons on Metropolitan Ave had a 3 hour wait and were double the size of this one, yet this one was able to accommodate us while being really busy in a much smaller store. The staff were all lovely and the prices here were the best on the block. My mom and I both got regular pedicures and they came out great. We’ll definitely come straight to this one from now on.
