Just left the barbershop after bringing my son for his 1st birthday haircut….I don’t have the words to express how amazed I was with Victors patience, skill and kindness when giving my son his haircut. My son was what I imagine most barbers consider is a terror client, uncooperative and LOUD (yelling/crying). Victor and the other barbers handled it like true professionals trying what they could to calm him down, they even put Sesame Street on the TV!5 stars to Victor and the rest of the people in that shop!Service: Kids' cuts
I was visiting my family in Glendale. My hair was way overgrown. It was 98 degrees out. I needed a haircut real bad. My family was recommending a super cut type of establishment. Being a bit leery of these type of places, I would rather pay a little more and be happy with what I got instead of paying less for a mediocre cut. I found this place on yelp. It was walking distance from the house. They operate by appointment only. I was asked to come back in an few hours. I did not catch the barbers name, but he did an excellent job. I also had my newly grown mustache and soul patch trimmed to perfection. My wife wanted it gone before I had it fixed up here. Total charge was $40. Well worth all the skill and effort that went into this experience. Hope to go back next time I'm in New York.
Thank You Erik at Craftmasters Barbershop, I appreciate you and your colleagues honoring my Appointment. I was given an appointment I made in advance for a specific time. When I got there I was able to get into the chair knowing I was in good hands to get a clean cut. I give everyone there credit for not only keeping a "Clean Shop and their Barber Stations" But also keeping me and other clients there entertained. I felt so comfortable. The Diversity of the Clients that goes there let's me know. They have a good relationship with everyone they cut. And even New Walk-Ins that's ask how to get a cut, they are explained an Appointment is Needed to make sure everyone is seen. There are occasions if a Barber there is done with his appointments, Can and had mad Exceptions. But Prefer Still to make Appointment. How do I know that? It was me one day. I asked they told me and I respected it. And Now I make my Appointments and enjoy Knowing I'm locked in for my Cut. Anyone that gets their cuts there. Knows what I'm talking about. Thank you Erik and Craftmasters.
