I have been going to Dr Perez for 20 years with both my cats and my dogs. He is straight forward and honest and although vetting can be so expensive, he is reasonable and keeps costs down wherever he can. He also prefers to be Old School rather than order batteries of tests and medications and has an excellent intuition and feel for diagnostics rather than relying on machines and labs. I trust him and my pets always take well to him because he is very gentle and has such a warm bedside manner. Jimmy his assistant is also awesome, what a sweetheart and asset to this place.

It's true that the office looks a bit shady, but if ever there were a lesson to not judge by appearances, this is it. I took my cat in for a checkup and a microchipping. Checkup prices were the most affordable I've come across at $45. I had an appointment, and there was zero wait time. The doctor was fantastic. He was patient and mild-mannered and very sweet to my cat. The whole appointment took less than half an hour. I am definitely coming back!
