Fantastic experience! I brought in my MacBook Pro after the battery was dead after a long time of no use. I tried to change out the battery and accidentally ruined the motherboard in the process. Randy, the owner, is amazing and he was able to diagnose and fix it the same day (in about 20 mins), by swapping out the parts with a replacement that he already had. I truly appreciated the excellent and quick service.
I had gone to Microcenter (computer retail chain shop) earlier in the day to try to get it fix and not only was the customer service there horrible, but they wanted to charge $80 just to diagnose the problem and you would still be waiting a... read full review

I had a mini-crisis when my 2021 MacBook Pro suddenly stopped charging. I called around to at least 10 repair shops and everyone said the same thing: they’d have to order the part and no one keeps inventory for a 4-year-old laptop. Then I found this shop. They actually had the part in stock and fixed it immediately. I needed my computer the same day and they truly saved me. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop; quality work in minimal time for an amazing price point? You can’t go wrong! After the Apple Store in QCM said that it would cost almost $1,000 to fix my MacBook Pro’s Touch Bar, Display and Battery, I was about to cry. BUT THEN, I started looking at alternative shops that are experienced with Apple Products and choosing this place was the best decision I could have ever made!! Everything was fixed in 30 minutes & I saved so much money ??????
