This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop; quality work in minimal time for an amazing price point? You can’t go wrong! After the Apple Store in QCM said that it would cost almost $1,000 to fix my MacBook Pro’s Touch Bar, Display and Battery, I was about to cry. BUT THEN, I started looking at alternative shops that are experienced with Apple Products and choosing this place was the best decision I could have ever made!! Everything was fixed in 30 minutes & I saved so much money ??????

I am making this post to tell you what an amazing technician Randy is. My wife’s phone had over four years of pictures on it. It was an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and unfortunately, because of issues with merging our cloud, she never was able to fully upload all her pictures to the cloud as she only had the 2 GB plan. It was time for her to get a new phone and I told her in order to do that. She needed to update her phone and make sure everything was on the cloud when she went to the Apple Store didn’t bother to tell her that her cloud plan was not enough to hold the on the phone, two days after she updated her phone went black and dead. Randy is extremely knowledgeable when it came to repair my 2010 MacPro tower. He spent the better part of the day navigating tricky and difficult problems that I am sure most repair people would not know how to tackle, or just give up halfway through. Unlike the price gougers I dealt with before, his price was extremely fair. Needless to say I would go back to should I require assistance again. I highly recommend him.
