“Ijala is wonderful skilled and hard-working. Hearse shop is spotless. Highly sanitary practices and professional hair products. They also have custom hair products with high-grade ingredients. My stylist Judey was skilled and professional. She was very gentle on my natural hair and got it detangled perfectly.
The receptionist and the shop assistant were a little strange. The shop assistant has a tendency to “gen z-stare” and the receptionist put my card on the table instead of in my hand and looked off in a different direction while she spoke to me, which I found offputting. They probably need to work with the girls a bit on how to interact with different people. Otherwise great experience!”
