The shop opened on time and the stylist was punctual and professional. Unlike some salons where I have to wait all day to be seen, a wash re-twist and style took two hours and 10 minutes when many other places take 2x as long. This place respects my time and I was in and out. I had the rest of my day to do what I needed to do-which is so important these days.
Really great service! Karen did my retwist and styled my hair in barrel twists and it came out so neat, exactly how I wanted it. She would check in with me to make sure it was not too tight. I appreciated how kind and friendly she was throughout the entire visit. I highly recommended her to anyone!
