Outdated style. Disrespectful and hostile when you ask them to change anything. Whoever is responding to these messages is no one at the shop these responses don’t seem to coincide with what’s happening in the shop. Rude, aggressive and the customer doesn’t come first.

I came in trying to get a situation settled I had to end up calling the cops because they refused to this lady tried to hit me the nails are sloppy they get an attitude about everything . If you are not wanting to better your skill or be lazy stop charging 100 dollars for sets because that’s ridiculous LIES ARE BEING TOLD AND I HAVE THE THE CALL RECORDS FROM MY PHONE TO THE COPS 😂 please don’t disrespect me and my intelligence. You guys wanted to charge me to take off the nails after I didn’t want you guys redoing my nails. Then I took my nails off myself and demanded. Refund because once again I DONT WANT YOU DOING MY NAILS AND YOU GUYS ASKED ME TO DELETE THIS VIDEO 😂 No more arguments between this establishment I’m going to the better business bureau 🤷🏾♀️ Happy black history yall

I’ve been going to Lucky girl nails with mom since I was 14 years old (I’m 30 now🙈). I truly couldn’t be happier the service that each person gives! They’re kind, hardworking and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. I always get my nails done by Amy and my mom goes to Jenny. They are both so creative and do an incredible job!! Helen also gives amazing massages.I love the entire team! They’re the best and so accommodating. I recommend going here for mani, pedis and massage to anyone🩷🩷🩷🩷 I’ve never been disappointed with any service I’ve gotten done there. Attaching some of the work I’ve gotten done there over the past couple years :)

I’m from Minneapolis Minnesota and living for a local salon. I’ve been here several times and went go anywhere else in New York. I call ahead to make an appointment and they always fit me in. I did a hand treatment, and my hands look years younger! Prices are fare and the staff are all very nice.

You guys are so good with justifying wrong you do. I called when I was making appointment and said I will come between 5:30 to 6. I even said I finish work at 5 I have to walk so I’ll be there by 6 you could have told me it’s going to be late for you I would have rescheduled it. Also when they do our nails only then we know if it suits our nails or not only then customer is going to decide whether they like it or not. And more than language facial expressions tell other people what they talk about You were not discussing next day schedule, because I have been there before too anybody who says price is high or they dnt like nails you guys start looking at them and start talking about them. Anyways nails that you did that day already came off it’s just been 3 days. 👎🏻
Most terrible place to get nails. I got mine today and I didn’t like the style the guy was doing they got so mad because I said I dnt like it. Only one layer was done nothing else and they started showing tantrums how they dnt want to change it. They start speaking in Chinese among themselves and start judging anyone who doesn’t like their work. So annoyed right now. Wasted 90 dollars today for nothing. Never going back. 0 star out of 100. Terrible place

First time going and they did my pedicure and a dip powder manicure well. The design I asked for was a little complicated but I think she did the best she could some of the curves were definitely a little more messy than I’m used to. I do think that the nails chipped or scraped off faster than other places I’ve been too
