Ella was kind and professional. We discussed what I had done before and what I now wanted. I have had the semi-perm eyeliner done twice before at other places. Very hard to find as not a lot of places that do eyeliner.....Ella is the best. little discomfort, no more than was expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone...I may go back to get my brows done!
Ella was so sweet to me and gave me complete transparency about the procedure and the technique and technology used. She answered all of my questions and has wonderful bedside manner. The office is bright, clean, well kept, recently renovated. My procedure went well and everything was as expected and explained by Ella. I am so pleased that I will be moving forward with new procedures/appointments with Ella.
