Initially, I could only give 4 stars because my experience was with customer care via phone. So I can’t attest to an in store experience.I am a new homeowner in the area and was aimlessly searching for whomever installed the insert that came with our home. Keith at Tinderbox verified that ours was in fact purchased from their store AND he kindly invited us into the showroom to have a tutorial of the insert so that we may get the most efficient and effective results; it certainly is a skill getting a sufficient roaring fire. We LOVE our Blaze King!!! the folks at Tinderbox are expert in their field. All products sold top shelf yet as suggested for our home Blaze King “would work best… “… we’ve nicknamed our stove THE BEAST!! … love it!
