It was my first time at HVES and from the moment I walked in the door the staff could not have been nicer. I filled out all the paper work and within 3 minutes I was called in by a very nice lady who did my exam and took notes, then Dr Schere came in and went over everything and explained the procedure and what my issue was in full detail. I would highly recommend HVES to anyone who asked for a referral.
