Yoga at its best. David & Martine are deeply rooted in the practice of yoga. Very knowledgeable and extremely experienced. Have been practicing yoga will them for years. Highly recommend Upstate Yoga Institute.

Upstate Yoga is truly unique and truly wonderful! I have been to many yoga studios (central New York, Manhattan, the midwest...) and never found a place so deeply rooted in knowledge (of yoga postures, breathing, yoga philosophy, meditation, chanting - the whole yoga experience), and also so compassionate toward their students. The teachers are all extremely well-trained, and they try to give their students the most beneficial yoga experience possible - every time. The facility is beautiful - filled with plants and light and a calm, peaceful energy. There is no pressure to look or dress a certain way - it is a "come as you are," very accepting environment. I truly love Upstate Yoga Institute. I'm so grateful that I have found this place. David's teaching is an amazing experience. Martine's background in all of her teaching experience is so greatly appreciated. This place has transformed me into the person I have become and I am so very thankful. Thank you Upstate Yoga!!
