“Like many, I’m not one to leave many reviews, but I feel as though this one is warranted and apologize for those reading if this is long winded. Jon Davis, is hands down the most talented artist that I have come across having recently moved to the area and having tattoos, for multiple people across the country. Jon is single-handedly the best at what he does. From day one stopping in and talking to him about ideas, to first session in starting a arm sleeve for me, Jon and the staff at Vessel, made it clear without even knowing they are the best at what they do.

This next part is the more sappy side but, again with the experience I received I believe this is important to put out there. In early April, I had a close friend tragically lose his life in the line of duty. Unannounced to me at the time another friend/co-worker stopped in to see Jon. And without putting him on the spot, I’ll leave it at Jon taking care of him. When that friend of mine reached out and showed me/told me what Jon had done, it left me speechless and moved. His compassion for what he did/does goes far beyond his passion of just tattooing. It shows through that initial meeting and through his art and what he produces. Fast forward to my piece, Jon was able to flawlessly add my friend into my arm sleeve that left those who I’ve encountered who aren’t even “tattoo folks” speechless.

Nonetheless, Jon and his crew at vessel are truly the best at what they do. Everyone there is inviting and informative. Regardless of who is tattooing at the time, each and everyone of his staff makes an effort at understand and asking questions throughout the process.

“discovered them while they were doing a charity flash sale for the SPCA. My wife and I met John while he did our great little dog tats. Scheduled an appointment for my chest piece and gave my deposit. He absolutely killed my tiger on my chest. I couldn't b happier with the results and overall experience. He made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout all appointments and worked with me the entire way with my scheduling. He designed the piece from scratch and we spent about 4 hours just drawing one day before even getting to putting ink on me. He's an amazing artist and insanely knowledgeable about his craft. Not only did I get a great piece but we had great conversations and a bunch of laughs along the way. Im counting down the days until I can make my next appointment.“

My sister & I decided to get tattoos, we called on the recommendation from her future son-in-law. Charles answered the phone and kindly invited us to come in!
We arrived with limited decisions and Charles was patient and informative.
The place is absolutely beautiful- very clean and the protocol of infection control is excellent! I work in the medical field for the last 24 years and greatly appreciated their attention to details.
