I was a patient here for years, and unfortunately my experience kept getting worse over time. My insurance covered 4 cleanings per year, but I often felt the hygienist did a poor and rushed job. The receptionists were frequently rude, and the waiting time was regularly over an hour past the scheduled appointment time.
The final issue that made me leave involved my son’s wisdom teeth removal. I was told by the receptionist beforehand that he would receive gas or anesthesia. However, once the procedure started, the doctor said they do not offer that. My son was only given local numbing medication, and I could hear him screaming during the procedure. Every single root canal I’ve had from here has cracked as a matter of fact I had to pay out-of-pocket because they said my insurance didn’t cover it when all they had to do was tell me to change my HMo and it would’ve covered it, I don’t know what the problem is with a lot of the doctors here, but they are extremely rude and mean, however the nurses are really kind. I’ve never been to a dentist office that did such poor quality work and we’re so rude to their patients,Please try to have some compassion and the quality of work could definitely be better. I am a popular Western actor and I went to total dental care for extractions recently after being cast as a gap-toothed drunk in an upcoming western picture. The staff at total dental were prompt and courteous in removing both of my incisors and afterwards, even allowed me to wait for the bus in their office. Top notch service all around
