I am a new patient and I went in for x-rays and a cleaning today. Unfortunately, the cleaning couldn’t be done - because II needed medical clearance because I had a hip replacement and I didn’t know They need to know whether I need antibiotics beforehand. but beth was my assistant who took care of me. She was gonna do the cleaning wonderful very friendly very clear very nice and the doctor checked my x-rays anyway even though I didn’t get the cleaning and advise me on what was needed to be done very pleasant very thorough all in all a very good experience. All of their equipment is new top-notch and the place is very clean.
The service was very good, and the entire staff was very friendly. The only things I didn’t like were the long wait in the exam room and how cold the rooms were. Other than that, everything was perfect.
The waiting time to be seen is short unlike some dental office that you are sitting for an hour before been seen. The hygienist and doctors are very good and nice. They are patient in explaining and problem and questions that you have.
