I can usually get same day appointments when I call ahead. The therapists really has an intuitive way of targeting problem areas that has tension without you even saying anything or knowing you even needed it for that matter, I’ve had many “omg, that was perfect” moments throughout my sessions.

I like to bring my earbuds with my preference of music, when they are busy it could be a little loud, or the fact that they are so excellent with their service, the person in the next room is snoring lol.

So if you’re easily distracted, just bring your earbuds, it’s truly an escape from reality for a short time while getting pampered!
