“Quality customer service for our first stay. Helped us to feel comfortable, and we had reservations bc it was a new experience for us leaving our senior cat for three days and 2 nights. Parking easy and plentiful (access on street level so wheelchairs wouldn’t be a problem at drop off/pickup.) We called while we were away to inquire if everything was ok and we never felt silly or small by the different staff members. We will definitely use this service again. Also feel it is worthwhile to have as a backup in case we have needs even while we are home in Rochester“

Both Melinda and Rob are very kind, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 camera access was a huge plus, giving me peace of mind while I was away. My cat stayed in the vertical condo, and although I initially worried it might be too small, I was relieved to see her roaming around comfortably.
