For decades I've used pop-up chain type tax prep companies. In most recent years I've used a popular tax preparation app in order to save money on high service fees but have always wondered if I was getting everything I was entitled to. Well this year I tried Mr.Giunta, and couldn't be more satisfied. With a folder in hand full of documents and receipts, Tom knew exactly what he needed and got me the rebates I was entitled to. Tom was fast and friendly. I didn't even have to listen to other customers or tax prep agents in the cubicle next to me because his office was private. No phone calls or other distractions. This was by far the best tax preparation experience I've ever had and will use his service every year from now on. I can say with confidence Tom provided me the full tax refund I was entitled to and his service fee was incredibly less that I've paid in the past. I'll be seeing him soon so he can help me investment options for the future.
Absolute best in the business, especially in Upstate NY. Needed a large sectional cleaned for an event only a few days away and they made room in the schedule and cleaned the couch quickly. The cream couch is now looking good as new. Cannot recommend Revive enough! They are great!
This company has done amazing with communication and work responsibly. They were very helpful and understanding when I told them the amount of problems I had on the extirior of my home. I had damages on my siding that needed to be replaced, roof leaks in multiple spots and I needed my gutters cleaned out. They did it all, and they did it perfectly! I highly recommend this company if your looking for good service, good advice and great support.
Amazing team of top notch professionals From the sale to the finish!Jeff helped think thru the project, provided great ideas and gave us a fair price. These guys are not the least expensive in the market, but they are definitely the BEST! The mechanics thoroughly did their prep work and left the area clean and ready for the pavers. The paver team came in and left the area sparkling!! We discovered a small issue after everyone left and it was dealt with quickly. After going back and forth with a lot of other mills as we are nervous with heart pine flooring and asking questions and turning us away because of a small job or saying we had to many questions. This mill was complete opposite and AMAZING! All the way from the care they take from sample packaging, quote process, to the order taken, updates on delivery, and the product itself is gorgeous , the product went together very nicely we purchased a heart pine engineered floor and looks seamless the color is the right color tone for the wood as well! Our company would highly recommend this company and we will buy from them in the future!

The XM receiver in my Silverado went bad, so I bought a used one from ebay, when I installed it, it showed "Theftlocked". I found Global Auto Tech after googling how to unlock the receiver, I purchased their service, mailed it to them on a Friday, they received it on Monday and I had it back in my truck and listening to only best tunes on Thursday, less than a week! These folks are legit and freaky fast! Give them your business!
I honestly have never had such an amazing experience at a salon. I had gone to a salon on Monday and walked out not happy with my hair. I booked an appointment for Saturday here in hopes for a better experience, and Lisa by far exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I was going for. I showed her a picture and my hair turned out amazing!! I’m so happy I finally found someone that I will continue to go to. I’m excited for my next appointment.

I sent an email looking for information on March 11, 2021. The website says no in person consults at this time. Like most companies, even though they provide information to communicate via email, they fail to email you back or provide you with good service. I haven't heard back. Don't bother now, I'll pass.Edit for owners response: on the website I went to contact; finger lakes; and emailed ty as it said design/build by his name.They were very polite and responded to my email despite my poor review. Amazing school great instructors. If you’re looking at getting your CDL A or B definitely give them a ring. You will not be disappointed and they do everything possible for you to get ready for that road exam. I just completed the class October 7, 2025. They get 5 stars
Fantastic experience. Danielle and the entire team were very patient and professional. Had a prescription from a different place and had the glasses done here. Wore them for a week, or tried, and went back. Adjustments were tried, they replaced a missing nose thing for free, adjusted other things also. Had to go back. Better but not right. Glasses were made to the rx. I opted to have it done here at Sterling. I had been here years ago when I lived in the area and now am back. Awesome exam. I think it was Tammy. As with everyone there great personality. New glasses came in and it is so nice to be able to read etc. Tri focals in existing frames that are old. Any how I recommend this place for sure. Lenses were 40% less here than other places. Thank you.

Quality customer service for our first stay. Helped us to feel comfortable, and we had reservations bc it was a new experience for us leaving our senior cat for three days and 2 nights. Parking easy and plentiful (access on street level so wheelchairs wouldn’t be a problem at drop off/pickup.) We called while we were away to inquire if everything was ok and we never felt silly or small by the different staff members. We will definitely use this service again. Also feel it is worthwhile to have as a backup in case we have needs even while we are home in Rochester
