The vet tech was not very friendly. A smile did not come across her face at all. That being said…the Vet herself was very very nice and she completely made up for the tech! Love this place. Thought you guys were great! The office staff was amazing too!
Can not think of a way to improve the service. Entire staff is professional, courteous, friendly, appointment times are kept, feedback on the visit is detailed and in emergencies you have always found time to squeeze in an appointment. You have always treated us and the patient as individuals with specific needs not just another case. The fact that we have entrusted our buddies care with you says it all. Keep up the good work! Farmington Vet was extremely helpful and took great care of my sick dog. We are very grateful for the care she received and that you never make us feel like we are over reacting. She has 2 more probiotics left and just finished her antibiotics. Thank you so much!
