Cool for a quickie in the warmer months. But I just got it done about 5 minutes ago and I pulled in my driveway and it looks like water never touched my car. It’s completely white (black car). Also still salty about the guy two years ago who screamed at me at the pay station.

They care about business but they truly do not know true customer service who keep them busy throughout the year . They did not update holiday hours and just wasted peoples valuable time very unethical and unprofessional of washville

Just got back from Washville and the young man helping me sign up for my monthly pass was so helpful and so nice! However, let me start off by saying that my husband is away for a work trip and I was bringing his car for a wash, which I hardly ever drive. Mind you I had my 3 young kids in the car. When I pulled into the actual wash the guy directing me was so beyond rude. I had no idea that his car goes into “auto hold” so he had me reverse and roll my window down to tell me how to get it off auto hold and was literlly laughing and rolling his eyes at me. I understand there’s cars behind me but come on .. then I put it in neutral and he was literlly raising his voice at me to put it in neutral but it already was.. the place did a great job I was just honestly stressed going through it and my kids couldn’t even enjoy it. But thanks.

Hey I don’t in Long Island however I do work in Long Island I drive for living I was very much in need of a car wash so I decided to go to Washville where i met this very polite respectful young guy who really took his time to talk to me into taking a membership that really fits my budget and also getting my car cleaned everyday!!! Ty again to that kind gentleman for his hospitality he is really great at his job! I’m not that easy to persuade !! The service was quick thorough, and much better Thn queens… I will highly recommend services

I had a great experience at Washville Car Wash today! Jerry, the sales guy, was super friendly and helpful. The team did an excellent job cleaning my car – it looked spotless when they were done. The manager was also really kind and even gave me a car freshener just to be nice. Great service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
