I’m from Albany NY area and needed a haircut. I went to this spot for a walk in cut. As soon as I walked in, they welcomed me and had me sit down in a chair immediately with no wait time! Very friendly and very professional! They did an amazing job! Would suggest anyone to come to this location! Rate this place 10/10!

My son and I waited around for 60 minutes and nobody told us that we had to make appointments. When one barber was done, we thought we were next and then he said I have lunch which is understandable. Next barber was done, he said I have an appointment with a customer who just walked in while we waited. Zero communication for new customers. I was recommended here because I heard barbers are good. I will never know. We felt very neglected and don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t care.

Told the barber to clean up my ponytail and cut 2 1/2in of hair I've been growing for 2 years all I asked if he could make it look neat. It also took almost an hour and a half just for the haircut which should have been a simple fade on the side of the head and fixing up the beard. $40 of pure disappointment

The cuts are fine but they are painful. The back of my neck was on fire and they use compressed air hoses for a car right up on your neck. They are going to kill someone and give them an aneurism. If it wasn’t for that I’d say it’s a 4 star experience.
