Once again Chris came through with another job well done. This is not the first time using Plumbwell Services for entirely different purposes and I can only rave about their services, professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and honesty. Chris and Lauren realized I had mistakenly overpaid (billls got stuck together) and he immediately called me to inform me of my over payment and returned to my home in less than half hour. As he was driving over, Lauren also called me to explain of the over payment and said Chris was on his way with the extra money. How honest can these two people ever be? Jack and Mario handled my 30 year old Burnham boiler ((290k btu - it’s a big one) with such care, and so thoroughly serviced her (she’s my baby, the heart of the house) so she would last (hopefully) many more years.
Jack saw corrosion in one area so a further discussion will take place. He also patched around the flue to the chimney to stop the cracking and replaced an interior part that read the pilot light temperature that he saw was necessary.
I feel they both did more than a professional job. They treated my boiler as their own. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Plumbwell installed our new boiler. I cannot express how satisfied we are with the attention to detail from start (Thank you Chris and Sabrina)to finish. The guys that came ( Mike, Walter, Jose and Joe) were professional, friendly and extremely neat. They took the time to cover everything with drop cloths, move any furniture in the way and clean up all debris after they finished. I would highly recommend Plumbwell.
