Back in January during those frigid months, we lost heat as most people did. Bob at Plumbwell was the only person I could get on the line. He got someone to my house, on a sunday morning, in subzero temperatures, within a few hours to see what was going on. Chris came in and went right to work. He had my heat up and running within the hour. During his inspection he noticed some chop work from a previous plumber that he brought to my attention and were a must fix. I've had Chris and the team come back twice to finish the job.
