    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will never work with this company again.
    I have requested for my stove to be repaired back in November (3 months ago!!!). I was told that there was a part that needed to be ordered to complete the repair. A month goes by, I call back to see what's going on and get the same exact excuse. Then I get an email stating that the part has arrived and the technician will repair my stove. The technician comes all the way to my house just to tell me they never had the required peice. I call the service department just to be told that someone has been canceling the order. For the past 2 months the order has been cancelled by someone THREE TIMES!!! I call the service department again to jist request an exchange for my stove. I then get transferred to the parts department, just for the representative to put me on hold until their automated system hung up on me due to it being time for their lunch break. THIS IS THE MOST REDICULOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL THING I'VE GONE THROUGH WITH COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with. Moving forward I can assure you I will NEVER purchase another appliance from PC Richard's. This is my second dishwasher and I have had issues with the service department on both. (6 phone calls, 4 technicians) and still broken. My first appointment the technician was sick, the second appointment the technician came late, stayed 5 minutes, did not diagnose ANYTHING and was adament he knew what was wrong. He supposedly ordered the part. The third appointment, a different technician came with a different part because the first technician put the wrong part order in. He did a diagnostic and now it's a new problem. I was reassured a manager would be caling me, I am still waiting. ABYSSMAL SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    After contacting pc Richard for warranty work in a Frigidaire refrigerator they sent G&g service technician who doesn't speak English and had to use google translate, he's been back 3 times replacing parts and still not working properly. G& g has scheduled and not shown up or called for 4 additional appointments and pc Richard service line tells me there is nothing they can do. G&g not responding. Six weeks has passed Unacceptable Not sure I can rely on pc Richard for appliance purchases anymore, they won't stand behind their warranty.

    Absolutely horrible! 4 times these guys have been to my house. The first visit was to diagnose, ok no issues. The second time, wrong part! Third time, wrong part! Fourth time, today, no part!! For some reason the technician thought we had the part! What?! We've had no dryer for almost 2 months and it's getting too cold to be hanging clothes out, we are drying them on racks in front of our pellet stove or having to go to a laundromat. I've been in service (HVAC) for 36 years, this all blows my mind and is completely unacceptable!! I will never buy anything from PC Richard again!!

    I've been dealing with them for several weeks regarding my frigidaire refrigerator that isn't working and still under warranty. After several attempts at fixing the issue and literally having one of their techs piss all over my bathroom during one of the service visits, this company doesn't seem to care or take customers concerns seriously.

    I was supposed to have another tech come today on my only day off for the week, and they just canceled on me. I don't know how they think this is acceptable to have customer bend over backwards and adjust their life to accommodate them, when it should be the other way around. Customer service is truly dead in this country. I will never buy another product from pc richard after this abysmal experience.

    Their customer support staff are very rude, I understand working at a call center can be unnerving, but learn to control your stinky attitude.

    I’m currently on hold for well over 10 minutes for the 2nd day in a row. Our microwave oven which has a service contract broke and the technician was here yesterday. He ordered parts but said the soonest they can get to it is 2-3 weeks. We use this oven 10-15 per day. I spoke our salesman that we’ve been using for years and he thought it should be replaced.
    Sherla just came back on the line and read company policy to me and put me back on hold for another 5-10 minutes.
    They are definitely not the company they used to be.

    I normally don’t write reviews but this is getting ridiculous….I called Monday 9/7/2025 to schedule for a service on my washer machine because my clothes are literally still in water and the machine won’t drain or even turn on and lights are flashing and the technician came today to my billing address not even confirming what address the washer is at and it’s at another address and they screwed up and when I tried calling service center again they said I had to reschedule and wait another two days before I can get my washer machine fixed because they screwed up on which address the washer machine was at. Totally unacceptable and then when I tried asking for a manager to speak too, they gave me an excuse that he’s not available and then he’ll call me now I have to wait another two days for a new washer machine that I got from them to be fixed
