Maybe in a pinch I'd go back, but only if I were desperate for someone to treat or stitch my pet when my amazing vet is away. They focus too much on the almighty dollar and they're happy to take yours! The care can't be thorough because there's too much emphasis on selling customers unnecessary meds, specialty pet food, and other services. The staff was always nice to us although the Banfield company is not recommended.

we have been using Banfield for 15 years at least, they recently had a turnover and it wasn't so great, for us at least, but now it seems to be getting better, some more new people who really seem to care from the front to the back and all in-between, still a not so great day here and there but overall much better and seems they have the correct mix right now
