I really wonder if this is a legitimate spa I called I made the appointment for the two hour combination I get here The girl tells me she doesn’t know about the combination The place is empty. I show her on the paper. I tell her you have somebody strong for a massage she says no I say OK. It was just two women sitting there the place is empty I tried to save my appointment by picking something else I said how about the facial she said and eh it’s just a regular facial almost as if saying there was nothing great about it. I really don’t think these ladies wanted to work today. So I left and I am now going to Happy Feet

I love this place and I love Coco. She’s really sweet and by far my favorite to get a massage from. Her hands always find exactly what’s causing me pain and works out the kinks every time. If you go book Coco. Thank me later.

This place is like a needle in a haystack. So Profesional and caring. Had an amazing extensive massage. I plan on going back and recommending to friends and family. Such lovely staff. Go ahead at treat yourself.

I called in advance, made an appointment at 3pm, and when I came I was told they messed up and made a mistake ( scheduled it for a later time), I agreed to wait and asked if I can stay here and wait because it’s too hot outside - 85*, but i was refused.. I think it’s a kind a bad attitude, it was not my fault, I told about time (3pm) several times during the call, I understand everything may happen, but you also have to put yourself in my position, and at least did your best to offer me a seat in the facility while I’m waiting..

One of my favorite places to go as I’m already in rockaway and don’t have to go too far for a spa service. I had an amazing time and I’m definitely going back again.
