Recommended by a friend, called and asked if appointment needed. Walked into the salon and all the women were pleasant. Showed a pic of the style I wanted. My only issue the braider was initially a little rough, but I told her and no more issues. I would go back again and my braids look great!

My wife got Twist in her hair on Thursday and it started to fall apart the next day. Wake up to the pillow being wet and her head wrap wet too. Wife was complaining about her head being extremely irritated that night. Had to take the hair out because the inside of the bun was completely wet and the gel they used in her hair wouldn't dry. A complete waste of money. Would not recommend this place at all.

They seem to know what they are doing, but the language barrier is bad. Another annoying and shocking thing is that you are not allowed to face the mirror while making your hair, I find that fetish and strange. They are not friendly and always cursing their customers out in their language. They should at least have someone who understands English so they can have ease of communication and translation with customers, especially new or first-time customers. Lastly, they are very pricey and arrogant.

The ladies are polite and friendly. Mariam did my passion twist and I loved it. She works fast and does a good job. The parts in my hair were neat. A very good first impression. I’ll be coming back.

I would not go to this place. They messed up the hairstyle I originally asked for, they tried to charge me extra for having to redo it, they put way to much product in my hair which is now causing my braids to fall out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Requested style: I requested medium box braids and got small.

I ask for the flip over Fulani braids. I showed her the video and picture mad times, I even stop to ask her did she know how to do it. Try to charge me $210 for it, got mad when her other coworker told her that’s not the same style. I don’t know why these folks on here lying about the review yall know the salon sucks, don’t get me wrong the boss is very sweet and nice and try to work with you. It’s just that one worker then she had the nerve to walk out after I said I’m not tipping and I’m not paying the original price. This what I ask for vs what I got, vs how my sister got her homegirl to fix it for me.
