“The technician that arrived was very respectful of my home and property, leaving it in better condition than he arrived. He clean up after himself, wore booties to protect my rug, and borrowed my vacuum to clean the mess. The bay window installed was perfect, NO DRAFTS! The salesman came to my home with many options to my surprise. They offered payment options, and pointed out pros and cons to each option. Highly recommended, will definitely use again, if needed!!!!Please be aware that Window World contracts these jobs out to local tradesmen. That is why you see reviews that range from 1-5 stars. I got lucky, I don't remember the technicians name, but he was great!“

“They came out to give me an estimate for roof repairs, eaves, gutters and downspouts. 1 of 3 companies I have had out to our home. They were the 1st to get back to me with the estimate. It's very detailed and I am able to read it so as to understand the scope of the work along with the associated costs.I had to call the other 2 companies a week later to ask for their estimates.“

“I absolutely love this place! Now during the winter months we are out of state. We have a major project and adding an addition starting at the end of April beginning of May in our home Jamestown. I want to get on the website which advertises that they have one, but they don’t have one! What the heck? I need to go through and look for a lot of products for this addition. I don’t want to go to Home Depot… If you don’t have a website don’t say you do… If you have a website put it up…what the heck?“

“Oaks has been very supportive throughout the entire process of getting a new roof. They stayed within my budget and also made sure I got a safe roof.
