The entry could use some sprucing up. The furniture looks very worn. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bed slept amazing. The front desk staff very nice very helpful. When I made my reservation, Danielle was very helpful with finding me a room with a view of the greenery and he set up my spa services. I do have one complaint that stood out while having dinner my waiter Constantine. Spelled with a K Asked if there was anything else that he could get me I said yes I would like some bread he responded with we do not offer bread. My response was the Woodcliff. Absolutely incredible experience at this spa, start to finish! I came in for a facial and felt so so spoiled by the tranquility room, sauna, and refreshments. Maria did an outstanding job pampering my skin, and I could literally feel my stress and tension melt away. The ladies at the desk were so friendly and welcoming. Will absolutely be coming back!

Great massage by Ana today, highly recommend her. Took advantage of the sauna and spent time relaxing in the tranquility room, enjoying the beautiful view. The atmosphere & the staff were wonderful.
