My issue has been a problem since the summer ... and NO ONE that usually helps me, was able to figure it out (hence, I started looking for a company that would help me with IT issues). Back in October, Paula Bruno (JS) spent a TON OF TIME with me, understanding my issues and trying to help me understand what JS could do for me. I signed up in early November, but couldn't figure out the finer details. 12/13/23 was the very first time that I tried to sign into JS ... I had a serious knowledge deficit. Drew (JS) was SO patient, professional, calm, and non-judgmental ... I believe he spent 54 minutes helping me with everything (how to sign on, how to call JS, the different terms JS uses that were totally confusing to me). When I told my family and friends that my issues were FIXED by JS & Drew ... well, Drew not only made me super happy ... but those who had tried to help me this year with so many IT issues. All of them remarked at how frustrated they were that they weren't able to fix my Adobe/PDF and other issues ... because in the past, they had always been able to fix my IT issues. I really hope that JS is honored that Drew CHOOSES to work for JS ... these days, all workers have choices of where they want to work ... I know that I am honored and SO grateful that Drew has picked JS to work at.
