My hubby and I were lucky enough to rent a 2 bedroom luxury apartment built by jb sterling. Though down sizing was frightening to me. You'd never know this apartment was 1300 sq ft. It was bit of a downsize from 1800 sq foot house. But let me tell you. When JB Sterling builds an apartment house, he doesn't mess around. From the floors, to the kitchen cabinets. The crown molding and trim. It's pretty awesome. Very spacious rooms. We are extremely happy here. When something is wrong, he's got someone here taking care of it. The office is always friendly.
