My hubby and I were lucky enough to rent a 2 bedroom luxury apartment built by jb sterling. Though down sizing was frightening to me. You'd never know this apartment was 1300 sq ft. It was bit of a downsize from 1800 sq foot house. But let me tell you. When JB Sterling builds an apartment house, he doesn't mess around. From the floors, to the kitchen cabinets. The crown molding and trim. It's pretty awesome. Very spacious rooms. We are extremely happy here. When something is wrong, he's got someone here taking care of it. The office is always friendly. And I can't begin to say enough about the Fairport area. People here are so friendly. Restaurants, gym, Red Bird mini market, new library are just steps away. We are right around the corner from the canal, which we love walking or running along. My husband is going to have to drag from here if we ever decide to finally move South. All I can say is we have never been happier. Thank you Mr. Sterling for building such a great place. In such an awesome area.
