Staff is great, nice and professional. Dr Kopp takes his time and seems knowledgeable, no issues yet.
Dinapoli NP on the other hand, was always rude and judgemental. Extremely unpleasant woman. She also had to stare at a screen for a few minutes over a common, basic medical question, and failed to address a problem I'd brought up until I was at the next appt, with no explanation.
Just choose your provider carefully and switch if needed. My friend had good experiences with Dr. Howard here, too.

The staff in the office and Dr Kopp are usually great. The receptionists and nurses are polite and helpful, no bad attitude. Dr. Kopp takes his time with his patients, and listens and takes action. But I saw Darlene Dinapoli (NP) a few times instead, and she straight up suuux. Very judgmental, even threatening to tattle to a specialist about me not meeting my goals and just generally belittling me. Also has to stare at a screen for five minutes to handle common diseases, and would much rather hand you a piece of paper then chastise you for not doing everything on it, without bothering to discuss it like we're two adults working on a problem together. Outstanding responsiveness and honest, caring, medical professionals. Was referred to Dr. Howard and Brittany and have been DELIGHTED with the way things are going. With the messaging platform, we're able to get responses timely and communicate remotely. Upon coming in for a visit it was clear how well the facility is managed - even with COVID, the experience was exactly what I was looking for.I was fortunate that the office was accepting new patients (very difficult to find good, caring doctors in Rochester!) and look forward to being loyal for years to come.
