They demonstrate kindness and understanding, going above and beyond to help animals in need, even taking in a injured bird with a broken wing. With their expertise, they provide perfect care for pets, taking the time to explain and comfort owners. The staff, from the front desk to checkout, is exceptional. Dr. Hall is particularly knowledgeable in exotic pet care, providing excellent treatment and guidance for unique cases, such as a tree frog with bloat and lethargy. With prompt appointments and reasonable costs, Brian Hall D.V.M. is a trustworthy and highly recommended animal care provider.
Dr Hall is a very caring veterinarian, and he is very knowledgeable, and he doesn't seem to care about the money like some vets do
We took our guinea pig here after she became sick. They were able to get us in on short notice and were very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend!
We have brought our maltipoo to Fairport Animal Hospital since she was a puppy, almost 10 years now. The techs and assistants are wonderful! We love Dr. Ortez and Dr. Hall! They have always taken great care of our fur baby! Highly recommend them!
