Bring your own nail files or you will have to buy them there. If you don't like the work for a special occasion you'll still pay full price. My pedicures, tho I paid for special ones , were inferior to other places I've been. Sometimes, I had good experiences. They are great at trying to get you in a timely manner.

Lucy and Nessie are the sweetest people ever! The salon is clean and inviting, and a place that truly feels relaxing. The nail techs have amazing attention to detail, and are so receptive to feedback. I highly recommend this place, but definitely call ahead to schedule your appointment.

Personally, every time I go is wonderful. I love how they do dip nails.!!! But last time I was there with my mom, about 2 weeks ago, she had a woman we believe is named Minty. She left all 10 of my mom's fingers bleeding while using the drill file to smooth down the powder and now she is too scared to go back for the fear of having the scabs disrupted. The woman blamed my mom for flinching away from the drill hitting her skin for the damage, but as I was watching that simply wasn't true. My mom is resorting to taking the nails off by herself instead of trying a nail salon again.Every other tech has been absolutely wonderful, professional, and caring.
