“After recent surgery I needed low flow oxygen at home. I had been given a nerve block that affected my diaphragm. The discharge person contacted Apria to fill that need. A representative named Jake delivered supplies to my home and made sure that whatever my need, I would be able to get about. He was very informative and made sure that all questions were answered before leaving. In a few days, I was felling much better. It took about a week before I called to have the equipment picked. I was told by whomever I spoke with that I would be contacted. After another week the equipment was still there. I kept trying to get someone and then in an envelope there was a paper that had a tel. number for pick-up. I contacted them, and the following morning Jake called and said that he would be leaving and get to me by a certain time. Again, he was very courteous and loaded up all of the equipment, and bring a release to be signed. Had I gone through all of the papers initially, I may have saved myself some frustration. They delivered the oxygen on time the day I needed it, and gave me plenty of information. Their Rep., Jake, was knowledgeable. A word of advice, read the paperwork and save your self frustration. Our complaints are sometimes self inflicted. Thank you Jake and Apria!“
