After finding standing water in our basement this past March, we called Southern Tier Basement. The owner, Tom Kelly, came to our home to give us an estimate. Tom's son, Jon and a co-worker, whose name I cannot recall, came to do the work, which involved cleaning out the well where the sump pump sat, as well as digging out a previously installed trench which was plugged, new gravel, piping and repaired a crack in the wall. They were very nice, courteous and they did a great job, cleaned up the area when done. My sump pump had given out during heavy rainfall and was improperly tied into the sewer line. I called and within 30 minutes, Jon had come to the house and began replacing my pump during the late evening, and directed the flow outside. He then returned the next day and tied the drainage line into my existing downspout drainage that runs underground to the street.
Very professional. Would 100% strongly recommend.
