I had an amazing experience when I went in to get my glasses tightened. Roopy was fast, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and provided top quality banter and service. Yes i did just go in to get my glasses tightened but he went above and beyond and turned a mundane chore into an enjoyable experience. The negative reviews from this place seem to be from bad experiences from previous management. Give this place a shot. I think it's a cozier place and less busy than Robert's on the parkway

I just can’t say enough in praise regarding the new manager/optician, Roopy. I have always had a difficult time with my glasses, as I have an unusual prescription. One eye is not too bad, the other one is extremely nearsighted and I have a strange base curve. It's a situation.
Roopy is the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable optician ever. He really helped me out and I am very satisfied with my new glasses.
He really knows what he’s doing, and you can be confident that you will be as satisfied as I am. Plus, he is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. 5 stars all the way!
