We were looking at Dimplex online but we wanted to see them in person. they had a variety in their showroom and were very knowledgeable about them. We went for the ultra because the glowing logs look insanely realistic! The pictures don't do it justice, you have to go see it! also great to hear that they can do the warranty service if there is ever an issue, makes me glad we did not buy online. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Majestic Marquis Direct Vent Fireplace and i couldn't be happier. Installation was quick and smooth. The men working were very careful inside my house and i would highly recommend them if your looking for a fireplace!
