Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care -Westchester

My son had an appointment at 555 taxter road with a rheumatologist professional. This was our very first time visiting this location we usually go to the Bronx for his primary. The care from the doctor was amazing 10/10 very detailed and I was able to express my concerns along with my son , my issue was the front desk. Once we found the right office I had my son check in alone while I sat, it was a young lady in the first seat and she first ignored him , prompting me to stand up and greet her first ! Visited here February 2 2026 was greeted by clerk Tatyana James who made me feel relaxed and encouraging due to my coming in to see cardiologist. MA Janette was very patient friendly and made me feel at ease as well. Dr Heather Trivedi was very attentive and concerned with what I was experiencing and proceeded to order up labs and appointments and all that was needed to get results to for my healing great bedside manner. Went to make appointment for CT scan and was met by Clerk Magda who was very friendly and informative. All of these ladies are an asset to Montefiore ? ??

I first saw Dr. Kobets in April of this year. I've been struggling with acne for a while, and I also wanted to treat my acne scars. I absolutely love Dr. Kobets! She explains everything in detail, goes over a variety of different solutions, and is so friendly and personable (and everyone in her office is amazing).
