I was in Elmsford for a wedding and wanted to get my hair done. I was a little intimidated when I walked in because everyone was speaking Spanish and unfortunately I only know English :( however, everyone in the salon was very friendly and helpful. Another client who was obviously a regular even helped translate for me. The prices are competitive and they could easily get away with charging more! I did not get the name of the woman who did my hair but I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she killed it! I had a different professional taking care of my hair until in a moment of urgency I went to Flor and I’m so glad I did. I felt bad for leaving my other lady but one has to do what’s right for you.
