Came here in the morning with my daily car still dirty not even washed every window had markings even scratches from there machine my rear wiper arm broke they only vacuumed one side of the vehicle so unprofessional never go here
I went here this morning around 12:30a for an exterior wash. The male employee had me waiting five minutes before acknowledging my presence. He had a very nasty disposition as he was sighing heavily as if he was annoyed and his facial expressions matched. when I confronted him about this he told me that I could leave if I was going to have an attitude.He also failed to tell me that it was cash only prior to having me enter; again I told him that this is important to know before hand. Again he behaved unprofessionally with the sighing and eye rolls. He then had the audacity to tell me to give him my drivers license and I could go to the bank after..absolutely NOT. They finally updated their car wash which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 stars. However, I paid $35 for a wash. The machines did what they should, however I had to vacuum out my car even though they said this was included. Also, they did a poor job on the windshield as well as the seats and cup holder area. I don't expect it to look like a $500 detail, but I DO expect it to look like you tried to clean it. If you want a quick exterior wash before you go out on the town, or if you went off-roading and you want to get a little clean this is the place for you. If you actually want your car cleaned, keep driving!
