If I can give them 0 stars I will give it to them , terrible service, unperfosnal work , first they lock the whole car then I found the side mirror broken but they didn't do anything and blames me for that and refused to do anything
even though my car is over 14 years old I went and paid for the graphene diamond wash $34 bucks.and when I went inside the car my windows weren't cleaned and seems like my interior wasn cleaned also. I did see them vac but they only took like 10 minutes you figure $34 car wash would give least 20 minutes of cleaning inside and out. I went to the manager and he goes well for 250 dollars you can get the inside detailed . nice answer to a customer. so I left with out tipping and will never return as a customer. this place sucks better go somewhere where they care a little.
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR WASH. Yesterday, I had came in for my weekly car wash. I have requested a service after 7:00 PM which is supposed to be half the price. The gentleman at the front told me the price was $21 since I didn't have the dollar, I give him $40, expecting a least $19 back. He refused to give me my change and insisted on rolling back the camera. Once I agreed, on rolling back the cameras he started retrieving back on going back on the cameras to check the amount that was given. When I refuse to leave until I get my change, he kept taunting me by banging on my window. The cops were called and since they weren't present, I couldn't get my money back so they advise me to come in the morning to speak with the manager. Wish me luck ! Please do not come here. Save yourself the trouble.
