The hairdresser was great. My hair was looking rough. Now it’s wonderful—even if I do say so myself! The bright, sunny salon was lovely.

first of all, I HATE my hair. If you want box braids, go to an African salon or someone that knows what they're doing. I was at this salon for over 12 hours! 10am to almost 11 pm. My hair looks ridiculous. I can't go back to school with this mess on my head. She burned the tips and they look really bad. There are so many braids, I can't even put it into a decent ponytail. My family is furious bc I look absolutely ridiculous. I'm taking this out after 2 weeks - a waste of $130. This hair doesn't look like it cost $130. It looks like my 17 year old sister did it. & to make things worse, braids started unraveling less than 24 hours later. I decided to try this place out bc it just opened up near my house. Unfortunately I literally have nothing good to say about my experience. I'm definitely not going back there again. Don't be fooled by how nice the salon looks.

I love this place, there amazing. Service is the best in Elmont. Finally found a salon and stylist that I love. Thanks from building a spot in the Elmont Community. I recommend this salon to anyone who love great service and even better hair. Ladies...we all love to the look good so just come on down to Radiance Beauty & Nail Salon in Elmont.
