Very bad experience… first time went there for waxing and eyebrow.. very expensive and i got rash on my arm… very disappointed she also leave me in inside for another customer… I attached some pictures below… how my waxing done

My best friend bought me to this place I was tired of going to Queens and she told me about this place and ever since I've been going & the ladies are nice and they do a wonderful job on my eyebrows. And it's close to my house.

I am new to the neighborhood and trying to find my way around local businesses that I can support. I work in manhattan and my usual threading salon near my office closed during covid. This salon was recommended by a friend of mine that lives in my neighborhood. I walked in on a Monday morning and the place wasn't busy. I got serviced by a wonderful pleasant lady - forgot her name! She did my eyebrows with precision and care. They came out beautifully. All in all it was a great service and affordable price. They also have a reward system like many other places - 11th visit is free. I will try their eyebrow tinting next time!

Don’t waste your money getting your hair done here . I usually do my own blowout but today is my birthday and I wanted to give myself a small treat . I didn’t go to my usual salon because my lady wasn’t there so I came to this one and since I enter I had a bad feeling but I still decided to go in and just knew everything would be bad . I’ve never cried so much before . The lady that was doing my hair knew she was doing a bad job because I told her I had to go and she kept trying to stop me and when I got in line to pay she was putting products on my hair . I should’ve listened to my gut when I saw the red flags . There are no salon products and there’s only one hair washer with a computer chair .when you walk in it feels more like a clothes store more than a salon .

Best eyebrow place ever! Having been coming here for a couple of years now and the people havebeen so sweet and amazing. They even do lash extensions try it out you will not regret!
