Patients pain and discomfort is taken granted and the receptionist ridicules people. Her tone expressions are very insulting - I can’t believe she is in a customer service job!!!
Doctor Lee is the most unprofessional female doctor I ever came across she encourages her receptionist ridicule her patients right before her eyes. She shares medical information about patients with the receptionist and others. I will try taking my time to file a proper complaint about this doctor because that is a crazy hippa violation. Please avoid ——go to anybody but this place.

Terrible!!!

Staff with doctor bellotte, specially front desk lady is most unprofessional and careless. She gave me an appointment and when I went there on day of appointment I came to know I had no appointment. I submitted my physical check paperwork there required for job and never get it back, though I visited them hundred times. I am literally begging them to get my migraine medication refilled, no action. Poor staff

If you’d like to be assisted in any way shape or form for your health needs please don’t waste your time coming here.
